At DRIPKARMA, every t-shirt is printed specially after you place your order. Because each product is made on demand, we strive to deliver the highest possible print quality and finishing.

Eligible for Replacement

Your satisfaction matters to us. If you feel that:

  • The design looks significantly different from the product images.
  • The print quality is poor or not properly printed.
  • The product received has a printing defect.
  • You receive a damaged product.
  • You receive the wrong product.
  • You receive the wrong size due to our mistake.
  • There is any manufacturing defect.

We will gladly replace your order at no additional cost.

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Size Issues

Please check our Size Chart carefully before placing your order.

As every t-shirt is printed specially for you, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges due to incorrect size selection or change of mind.

If you're unsure about sizing before placing an order, feel free to contact us—we'll be happy to help you choose the right size.


Refunds

Refunds are only provided if:

  • A replacement product is unavailable.
  • Your order cannot be fulfilled.
  • A duplicate payment has been made.

Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or replacement:

  • Used products
  • Washed products
  • Customized or personalized products
  • Products without original tags or packaging
  • Damage caused after delivery due to misuse or improper care
